Romance sans Paroles.

If you’re looking for amazing 1920′s and 30′s inspiration, check out George Barbier Illustrations. He was one of the greatest illustrators in France at the time and he was famous for his fabulous high fashion sketches. These particular images were created using a process called Pochoir, which consisted of a series of stencils in each color applied by hand (it was very common to see Pochoir during the Art Deco period). George Barbier’s illustrations epitomizes glamour and romance of the 20′s and 30′s and although they’re not wedding related, it’s such a helpful source of inspiration to brides planning their Art Deco wedding!
