Laidback Maryland Wedding

This wedding was recently sent over by Brooke Courtney, and the story behind it is sweet – just like the pictures. Brooke explained: Tiffany made EVERYTHING herself… except for the food. She also did it all within a 6. week. period! Since Alex serves in the navy, their wedding was moved up from September 2010 to May 2010 – to follow his schedule. I am in awe that they were able to pull everything together so beautifully and in such a short time, and many thanks to Brooke for the wonderful shots!

Miriam — I emailed Brooke Courtney asking where Tiffany got her dress. I will let you know as soon as I hear from her!

Brooke Courtney replied and here’s what Tiffany wrote back:

my dress was actually from a little boutique in downingtown, pa (bridal sophisticate). it’s made by jasmine bridal gowns, but the lady who owns the shop upgraded the fabric and redid the beading. my ring is from helzberg, and my opal was my great grandmothers. and the shoes were anthropologie. :)

    Hope this helps!

This is my dress, it is positively stunning in person!! Miriam–it is by “Jasmine”, it’s the collection line, not the couture.

PS: We are military too so our wedding was the same way, and she was able to work with our quickly changing schedules. She was wonderful, always is.

I am in love with Tiffany’s ring. It’s exactly what I was wanting and I have been unable to find anything else to top it. Can Tiffany suggest a setting and an opal stone/rock similar to hers? I don’t want her ring of course; it’s special to their wedding, but I’m in love with it, and I’d like to know if she has anything in mind that’s similar :)
    Beautiful wedding all together.
