Julie and Jason Engagement Session

Julie emailed me a few days ago and sent me photos from her engagement session taken by Cheyenne Schultz. She asked Cheyenne to replicate a photo of her grandparents from when they were newlyweds. Her grandfather passed away a few years ago and she thought it would be a nice way to honor them. So sweet of her! She also introduced me to Cheyenne Schultz‘ work which I’m already in love.

From the bride, Julie:

Right before our engagement shoot, I sent them this picture of my grandparents that I had found on a whim. She loved it and helped us recreate that same moment for our shoot. Her photos blew away all my expectations. My grandparents were truly special people and were married for 49 years when my grandfather passed a few years ago. This photo was taken shortly after they were married and you can just tell how in love they are!

I am planning to reveal the photo at the wedding as a surprise to my grandmother. The rest of the family has seen it, so its been a difficult secret to keep! I cannot wait to honor such wonderful people on the most special of days.
