Intimate Yellow Malibu Wedding

It’s finally beginning to look like Fall here in New York, and we’re already longing for summer days. This fresh yellow wedding shot by April and Lindsey of Sweet Monday is just what we’ve been coveting. Hiromi and Mitsuru currently live in Japan, but flew back to California to host an intimate wedding with about 30 guests. Their bright and airy aesthetic is a match made in heaven with Rancho del Cielo, our newest favorite venue. Also, how much do you love their luscious florals by La Partie Events? From Lindsey and April of Sweet Monday Photography:Hiromi and Mitsuru hosted a destination wedding (they live in Japan) for 30 of their most beloved friends and family at the intimate Rancho Del Cielo in Malibu. The details of the day were a combination of sweet and modern. Hiromi made the yellow table runners, as well as collecting tiny yellow glass vases to use sprinkled throughout the reception – all of which perfectly complimented the flowers done by Megan of La Partie Event). Guests filled in their “recipes for a happy marriage” as a keepsake for the couple, dined family style on gorgeous food created by Jill, who owns Rancho Del Cielo, and had treats from the beautiful dessert table by Sweet and Saucy Shop. Once the reception was underway, Mitsuru showed off his DJ skills to get the party going!

HEY! I have those exact pinwheels! I know exactly what Etsy shop you got those from- mine are the exact same color! Ha! I LOVE yellow and gray and I have been re-doing my house in it, so I got the pinwheels for a fun accent, but I just used them for a styled bridal shower (on FB) I LOVE them! I LOVE yellow!

    >Modern Sewing,
I bought my dress in Japan from YNS wedding.
They will do semi-custom order, but it is starting only from $300 and can’t tell that low price!!
Mine was about $1000 including custom made back removable train. I guess it was good deal.
