Handmade Heaven!

This is my debut post on VGW and I am so excited to have the opportunity to contribute to such a great resource for brides to be!   I don’t know about y’all , but I am a lover of all things handmade.  As such I, like many before me, have embarked on a journey to create a plethora of handmade lovliness for my wedding.  I plan to share all of my fun (or stressful) projects with VGW readers… successes and failures! 

In lieu of traditional flowers at my wedding, I am considering handmade boutonnieres, bouquets and brooches (instead of corsages for the momthers and grandmothers)  I will leave you with inspirational pictures from the web!

I hope to make something similar for my wedding.  As an added bonus, these “flowers” will be a wonderful keepsake to remember the special day!  How have you been inspired to create special handmade touches for your wedding?
