Grand Palladium Riviera Maya

Not too long ago, we made a trip down to Mexico for a long weekend of relaxation; you may have seen some snaps + video on our Instagram stories! We partnered with Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Riviera Maya, staying in their Royal Suites Yucatán by Palladium — an adults-only hotel offering an all-inclusive experience. A short drive from our resort was the beautiful town of Tulum, where we spied some of the most gorgeous two-tone water we’d ever seen.

Can you believe that water? We were wowed enough by the fact that it was crystal clear, but seeing the gradient in color was a whole separate level of amazingness.

We were captivated by the view from our back patio at The Royal Suites Yucatán by Palladium, where we woke up to a view of the water each day. The Palladium resort in Riviera Maya boasts 5 hotels on its complex — Colonial, Kantenah, Riviera, White Sands, and The Royal Suites Yucatán. The hotels range in price points, so you’re certain to find the perfect fit for you. Royal Suites Yucatán by Palladium is adults-only and entirely all-inclusive (including drinks!), which made every second of our getaway feel completely special.

We can’t stress enough just how all-inclusive our stay was. We had 9 different restaurants, each with their own cuisine theme (a Brazilian restaurant, an Italian, a tapas joint, etc); an additional 4 buffet restaurants; room service; endless drinks; both water and land activities ranging from snorkeling to archery to dance lessons; live entertainment; 9 (!) pools at your disposal, including a salt water pool; and 25 bars including a swim-up bar so you never have to leave the pool. There’s also a discotheque, clubs for children, a gym plus an array of courts for sport activities, and Zentropia spa where you can have all your cares massaged away. Perfect for weddings? You bet it is!

A trip to Tulum wouldn’t be complete without exploring the Mayan ruins, which have been beautifully maintained over the years. Be sure to use a travel guide to find out about Mayan rituals, dyes, and perhaps learn a word or two of the still-spoken language!
