Pronovias 2016 Collection

This past weekend, invited us to attend their first NYC runway show, and we honestly couldn’t be more thrilled to see their 2016 Collection in person. As always, Pronovias is on the cutting edge of wedding fashion with a selection of couture gowns that are positively blowing us away. Just wait until you see the pieces with illusion lace — our jaws hit the floor.

Shown above: Veranda gown

Verona gown – love the cape!

Valeria gown – with a gorgeous keyhole back

Valira gown – with a criss cross back

Veneto gown – flowy delicate neck detail

Varinia gown – silk gauze skirt with French and Chantilly lace bodice

Timy dress – 3/4 lace sleeve gown, making sleeved wedding gowns look SO good

Vienal gown – sweetheart neckline with sheer overlay in illusion tulle

Varnava gown – A-line wedding dress with French lace and side pockets (French lace and pockets in the same sentence is always a good combo in my book)

Pronovias is a family company that started in 1964 in Barcelona. This Spanish label is available in 105 countries and launches two collections every year. Atelier Pronovias, the gowns you see in this collection, is the Haute Couture line worn by top models including KarolĂna Kurková and many other Victoria’s Secret models last April at the Barcelona show.

Verila gown – Mikado silk, lace and tulle ball gown and side pockets!

Pleasant gown – off-the-shoulder bodice with sheer elbow-length sleeves

Pronovias’ Flagship store (all 5 floors of a building in Midtown!) and headquarters is in New York City, and it has over 500 bridal boutiques that carry the label. The 2016 collection has 30 gowns, with romantic and sexy silhouettes with illusion bodices, French and Chantilly lace, mikado silk, crepe or brocade that give these gowns an airy and ethereal look.

Vintage gown – one of my personal top 3 faves! Chantilly lace mermaid skirt overlaid with soft tulle flared skirt gathered at the waist

These sexy, lace dresses are inspired by lingerie with a touch of Hollywood glamour from the thirties and forties. These Great-Gatsby inspired gowns play with strategically placed sheer panels, beaded tulle and embroidery creating the most delicate sleeves, neckline and back. This Spanish household label is quickly being adopted by brides beyond Spain and across the globe. has 7 logistic centers worldwide to ensure the process to finding the gown you want is smooth until you have it in your hands. Their attention to detail and precision you see in these gowns carries throughout the company.
