Flower Inspiration

If I could learn how to do one thing, without actually having to study or work at it whatsoever, it would be floral arrangements.  They fascinate me.  And when I looked through the latest issue of Martha Stewart Weddings, I stopped dead in my tracks. I must have stared at this page for an hour.

Now, the image is too small to fully appreciate what’s going on. Let me break it down for you:

1) Groupings of smaller arrangements in varied sizes.

2) The arrangements are set in yellow depression era glass vessels.

3) Different roses, ranunculus, daisies, etc. all in shades of peach and yellow!

4) Jasmine vines incorporated into both the table arrangements and bouquets!!  (side note – jasmine is amazing, but rather expensive. I was unable to pull it off for my wedding. But hey, a girl can dream, right?)

The designer is Sarah Ryhanen of Saipua. The website is sooo worth visiting. All of the arrangements have the same, natural, old-world feel to them.

Some highlights:

Talk about beautiful! I may have to place an emergency call to my florist.

xoxo- jenny
