Papillon Press

Papillon Press began as an idea when the owner, Chantal, saw an ad for a letterpress and typecases in January 2009. She decided it would be a good idea to buy them and print stationery. From there, 1500 lbs. of cast iron and 2000 lbs. of lead type were moved five hundred kilometers north in 3 days by seven people to the Papillon Press studio in Sudbury, Ontario.

We are a husband and wife letterpress stationery studio specializing in illustrated designs, with a vintage twist for the modern bride.
