Beach Chic Wedding
We’re gearing up for a long holiday weekend, and I thought this chic San Clemente wedding would be the perfect eye candy before we grab our straw hats and head out for a picnic by the beach. The bride, Aly, made everything herself! Heather of LVL Weddings & Events helped her pull everything together and I love the effortless look.
From the coordinator, Heather: Ally, a Canadian transplant and Tim, a SoCal native and fire fighter, live in long beach and love Southern California’s beautiful weather. Since half of their wedding guests would be coming from Canada, they fell in love with the ocean view at the historical San Clemente venue, Ole Hanson Beach Club. We love the spring garden theme combined with the lawn ceremony and beach setting. Ally was on a budget and decided to take on all of the details, a true DIY bride, she embossed every invitation, program and name card with a gold dandelion. All the details were so cute, the DIY herb marker table numbers in tiny terracotta pots and the river rocks on the DIY ceremony programs to keep them from blowing away.
We fell in love with the bridesmaid’s dresses were gorgeous that could be worn multiple styles! The sweet couple said their vows under the picturesque tree while the guests were seated on white garden benches. The decor for the ceremony and reception was simple, cute and colorful in over sized mason jars. Ally, Tim and their guests enjoyed dinner on the outdoor patio while the sunset.
