I’m Amanda, the owner and editor of Ruffled. I started this blog in 2008 as a source of inspiration for vintage brides planning their weddings. Today I have the privilege of calling it my full time job.
When I was planning my own wedding in late 2007, vintage inspired weddings weren’t as “in” as they are today, which made it a challenge to inspiration and resources to plan my 1930s inspired wedding. Combining that need with my previous Online Marketing experience at a publishing magazine brought me to where I am today.
I love every single aspect of running a wedding blog, from looking at gorgeous photos of people in love, to writing code for the blog. Ruffled is my dream job.
