Weddings

Brace yourselves folks, because this wedding will rock your socks off. Remember Jana and Billy’s stunning bridal/couple session I posted last month? Well, they got married and the wonderful Sheena Jibson sent me their beautifuuul wedding. They got married at the Salt Lake City LDS temple and had their reception at Coleman Studios. Shea McGee (who also makes the most beautiful headbands) recently started her own wedding planning company and I’m stunned at what she created for them!

I love the log cake stands! I’ve been wanting to make some like that myself, but can’t find big enough log rounds for the platform part. Does anyone know where to get them/ where they got them?

I agree, The dress is absolutley beautiful. And the logs for the cake came from the groom’s family’s Minnesota Cabin Property. The tree had fallen the week before in a wind storm and the groom’s dad sawed it per the bride’s request. The bride did a fantastic job with the reception… it was all so unique

I’m glad lots of girls here like the dress. Nice modest and sleeved wedding dresses are getting so rare nowadays, and most brides wear strapless wedding gowns. It’s wonderful how a wedding gown can be modest yet still so beautiful.
