Old, Real Weddings

This wedding knocked my socks off. Everything was just perfection, from the centerpieces to the bride’s wedding dress (which the groom sewed!). I am leaving for a weekend full of family events, but I am leaving you with plenty of eye candy! All photos were taken by their friend photographer Kristina Goudey from Goudey Photo.

From the groom, Hans:

We had a piano player and typewriter theme. The actual invites were old player piano rolls, with added maps, menu, directions, and rsvp postcard. The tables were dressed with a typewriter on one end of the table, with a player piano roll fed through them, and the roll ran the length of the table as runners. We had vintage candelabras and drippy candles mixed with blue glass mason/ball jars and white lillies everywhere.

SO creative & imaginative!! What a smart Bride & Groom to think outside the box on wedding theme ideas. Wish I had thought more like that for my own wedding!!

Can’t you people read? The groom MADE the dress, it’s said, like, three times on the page
